Account Deletion — Anjiz App

This page explains how to permanently delete your account in the "Anjiz" app and what happens when you do. The app is owned by Qitharat Al-Mustaqbal Company for Industrial Investments and General Contracting.

In-App Deletion Steps

1. Open the app and log in to your account.
2. Go to My Account.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Type the Arabic confirmation word «حذف» ("delete") in the confirmation field.
5. Tap Confirm.

Processing time: immediate — the account is deleted the moment you confirm, and deletion cannot be undone.

What Is Deleted

Upon deletion, the following is permanently and immediately removed:

• Name
• Phone number
• All saved addresses
• Favourites
• Login credentials (phone number and password) — you will no longer be able to sign in

What Is Retained

• Past order history is kept in a fully anonymised form: all data linking it to you (name, phone, address) is removed, and it is retained for accounting purposes only. After deletion there is no way to associate these records with you.

Can't Access Your Account?

If you have lost access to your account (e.g., forgotten password and no access to the old phone number), you can request deletion by contacting support:

We will verify account ownership and then perform the deletion with the same effect described above.

Notes

• You may later create a new account with the same phone number, but it will be an entirely new account; deleted data is not restored.
• If you have an active booking, we recommend contacting support to cancel or complete it before deleting your account.
