باستخدامك تطبيق «أنجز» (Anjiz) فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. التطبيق مملوك ومُشغَّل من قبل فريق «أنجز». إن لم توافق على هذه الشروط، يرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.

اسم «أنجز» وشعاره ومحتوى التطبيق وتصميمه ملك للشركة، ولا يجوز نسخها أو استخدامها دون إذن كتابي.

11. إنهاء الحساب

يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق (انظر صفحة حذف الحساب). وللشركة تعليق أو إنهاء الحسابات المخالفة لهذه الشروط بعد إشعار المستخدم حيثما أمكن.

12. القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسَّر وفقاً لقوانين جمهورية العراق، وتختص المحاكم العراقية بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها.

13. التعديلات

قد تُحدَّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. تُنشر النسخة المحدثة في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ سريانها، ويُعد استمرارك باستخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث موافقة عليه.

14. التواصل

Terms of Use — Anjiz App

Effective date: 2026-07-16

By using the "Anjiz" app you agree to these terms. The app is owned and operated by Qitharat Al-Mustaqbal Company for Industrial Investments and General Contracting ("the Company"). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Nature of the Service

  • Anjiz is an electronic booking channel for home services performed by the Company itself through its own teams — it is not an open marketplace for third-party providers.
  • Services include: at-home car wash, carpet washing, house cleaning, electrical works, decor and aluminium, house painting, air conditioning, gardening, plumbing, pest control, plus a cleaning-products store.
  • The entire app can be browsed as a guest; an account is required only when placing an order.

2. Accounts

  • Accounts are created with an Iraqi phone number and a password, verified by an OTP code delivered via WhatsApp or SMS.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.
  • The registered phone number must be valid and reachable; it is the primary channel for order communication.

3. Prices and the Receipt

  • Prices are shown in the app according to each section's model (fixed service price, per square metre, per car model, etc.); some services add delivery fees by area.
  • Before you confirm any order, a detailed receipt shows the order items, their prices, and the final total.
  • The prices shown on the receipt at confirmation are binding on both parties and do not change after confirmation, unless you request a scope change that requires a new receipt you approve.
  • Numerals are in English digits and times use the 24-hour format.

4. Payment

  • Payment is cash on service completion only.
  • The app has no electronic payment, no subscriptions, and no in-app purchases. You will never be asked to enter card details or transfer money in advance.
  • In the cleaning-products store, goods and delivery fees are paid in cash on delivery.

5. Appointments and Booking

  • Scheduled services are booked within each section's working hours shown in the app (e.g., car wash 10:00–18:00, house cleaning 08:00–16:00).
  • The Company makes reasonable efforts to arrive on time and may contact you to reschedule when necessary.

6. Order States and Cancellation

  • An order has three states: active booking, completed, and cancelled (with a stated reason), updated in the app in real time.
  • Order state management — including cancellation — is handled exclusively by the Company's administration. Orders cannot be cancelled from within the app; to cancel or reschedule, contact us by phone or WhatsApp at 07710777325 (+964 771 077 7325) and the administration will process it, with the state and reason appearing in the app immediately.
  • The Company may cancel any order (with a stated reason) in cases including: inaccessible address, customer absence, or force-majeure operational or security circumstances.

7. Ratings

  • After a service is completed you may rate it with stars and an optional comment. Ratings apply to services only.
  • Ratings must be honest and free of abuse; the Company may hide violating comments.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Address accuracy: provide a correct, clear service address and pin the location honestly on the map.
  • Presence: be present — you or an adult representative — at the location at the scheduled time so the team can access, perform, hand over, and collect payment.
  • Reasonably prepare the site for the service (e.g., access to the car, appliances, or areas concerned).
  • Not use the app for any unlawful purpose or place fake orders.

Fake orders or repeated no-shows may lead to account suspension.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company performs services with reasonable professional care. Its liability for damage arising from a service is limited to proven direct damage caused by its team's fault or negligence, capped at the value of the service concerned unless the law provides otherwise.
  • The Company is not liable for damage resulting from inaccurate information provided by the user (wrong address, incorrect description) or from pre-existing undisclosed defects in the property.
  • The app is provided "as is" and may be temporarily unavailable for technical or maintenance reasons without liability.

10. Intellectual Property

The "Anjiz" name, logo, content, and design belong to the Company and may not be copied or used without written permission.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time in the app (see the Account Deletion page). The Company may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where feasible.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Iraq, and Iraqi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

13. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The updated version is published on this page with its effective date; continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance.
